How to get rid of dark spots and lighten the skin
Freckles give a woman glamour, but if on our face appear dark spots, it's not so funny. The blame for the darker or lighter skin spots carries the pigment located in the skin: melanin. The more it is, the skin has a darker hue. This pigment protects the skin from harmful UV radiation. Exposed to the sun, skin produces it more, to create a barrier against UV radiation. The result is suntan. Melanin also causes dark spots, that are the result of its uneven deployment.
The formation of discoloration is primarily related to hormonal and genetic factors and exposure of the skin to ultraviolet radiation, and therefore a key element to combat hyperpigmentation on the skin is sun protection. When there will appear unwanted changes on the skin, you should protect your skin from the sun. Protection will provide eg. a good sunscreen, preferably with a high UV protection (50+).
